	Quillan Receives Award!

	On May 10th, 2008 the Archie Carr Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Dr. Llew Ehrhart – a biologist who has spent most of his career coordinating all of the research within the Archie Carr Refuge on Florida’s east coast. The event was held at the grand opening of the new Barrier Island Center, an education facility co-managed by the Caribbean Conservation Corporation within the Carr Refuge. Attached are a couple of images of Dr Llew Ehrhart after an emotional presentation. The second image is of Dr Ehrhart and Archie Carr lll. The Archie Carr Lifetime Achievement Award was created by Joseph Quillan for the Caribbean Conservation Corporation.
